Are all products new?
Yes, all products we supply are 100% new and unused. However, some items may have been stored for a longer time due to overstock or warehouse clearance. Before shipping, we carefully check and test the goods to ensure they are in good and sellable condition.
Do you provide shipping services?
We recommend that buyers use their own freight forwarder for better control over shipping. We can deliver the goods directly to your forwarder in China.
If you don’t have a forwarder, we can also help arrange shipping through our trusted logistics partners (sea, air, or courier).
What if the goods received are different?
Before shipment, we provide full photo and video confirmation of the goods, including packaging and loading.
In the rare case of serious damage or mistake, we will offer a fair solution — such as a refund, replacement, or discount on your next order.
